I'm Shadheeskumar (but you can call me Shadd) — the not-your-typical Software Engineer who loves crafting the perfect solution to a problem as much as I love my coffee. And tea.
With over 10 years of experience and a B.Sc in Artificial Intelligence from UTeM, I've evolved from building production-ready applications to leading enterprise-wide AI adoption. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at The Access Group, I lead the Workforce AI team and architect solutions that drive systemic intelligence at scale.
